This BI Science Subscriber Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which BI Science protect visitors. personal data, while understanding our data security and privacy practices regarding storing Subscribers. personal data of BI Science services.

1. Log Files
   BI Science may collect information about your computer and browsing preferences, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration purposes. This is statistical data about BI Science's Subscribers' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. In some circumstances, BI Science uses cookies to enhance the functionality of the service we offer our Subscribers. A cookie is a small data file on the hard drive of your computer. BI Science uses cookies to identify a Subscriber and to store registration details so that the Subscriber is no longer required to re-enter these details on subsequent visits. In addition, BI Science uses cookies to indicate the number of computers used by each Subscriber to log-in to the BI Science service, to prevent abuse of the system and logins (See Terms of Use). BI Science also collects information on IP addresses and web browsers used by Subscribers when they access the service for the same reasons mentioned above.
2. Disclosure
   The Privacy Policy specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose any and all subscriber information including IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. In addition BI Science shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement.
3. Uses made of the information
   BI Science uses information held about you in the following ways: To provide you with information and services that you request from BI Science or which BI Science feels may interest you, where you have consented for such purposes;
   To carry out its obligations in any contracts with you; To allow you to participate in interactive features of the BI Science service, when you choose to do so; To notify you about the changes to the BI Science service, including new product announcements. To conduct internal administration of BI Science's business.
4. Does BI Science disclose information to Third Parties?
   BI Science does not share or disclose personal information of its clients, nor any other data type such as personal service usage, personal logs or any other personal data BI Science stores. BI Science does not permit third party vendors to use Subscriber personal data for any purpose outside of those disclosed within this privacy policy. BI Science may disclose your personal data to other parties:
   In the event that BI Science sells or buys any business or assets, in which case BI Science may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; If BI Science or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its Subscribers will be one of the transferred assets; If BI Science is under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation; In order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements with you; To protect the rights, property or safety of BI Science or its Subscribers, which includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction;
5. Illegal, Unauthorized, or Fraudulent Content or Activities
   The Service may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. BI Science has the right to monitor any Review, activity, and content associated with the Service. BI Science may investigate any reported violation of its policies and take any action it deems appropriate, including terminating your access to the Service without notice. BI Science may report any activity it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties. To cooperate with governmental requests, to protect BI Science's systems and Subscribers, to ensure the integrity and operation of BI Science's business and systems, or in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal requirements, BI Science may access and disclose any information it considers necessary or appropriate, including Subscriber contact details, IP addressing and traffic information, posted content, and Web usage paths. By using the Service you expressly consent to the foregoing use and disclosure.
6. Securing your personal data
   by submitting your personal data to BI Science, you consent to the transfer and storage of personal data for processing by BI Science in another country of our choosing. BI Science will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely outside of your country of origin and in accordance with this Subscriber Privacy Policy. All information you provide to BI Science is stored on secure servers. Any payment transaction information will be encrypted and used solely to process the transaction. Where BI Science has given you a password which enables you to access certain parts of the BI Science website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Once BI Science has received your information, BI Science will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
7. Changing or deleting secured information
   BI Science does its utmost to ensure the quality and accuracy of the Subscriber personal data in its possession, and as such invites newsletter subscribers and Subscribers of the service to access or update their details as necessary. BI Science is committed to providing reasonable and practical access to allow visitors the opportunity to identify and correct any inaccurate details we may hold. BI Science shall respond to your data access request within 30 days of receiving your request. If BI Science is unable to respond to your request within such period BI Science shall notify you of the reason why BI Science is so unable. All Subscribers and prospects have the right to access or update personal data that they have submitted through the BI Science website. Should subscribers and Subscribers subsequently choose to unsubscribe from mailing lists they can do so by following the instructions on how to unsubscribe provided in all BI Science communications. On request, BI Science will delete personally identifiable information that has been submitted from the current database, unless it is required to retain such information by law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
   You understand and agree that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You expressly agree that use of this service is at your sole risk. You acknowledge and agree that any software or other content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such software and/or content.
9. Changes to the Subscriber Privacy Policy
   any changes that BI Science makes to this Subscriber Privacy Policy shall be posted on the BI Science website and where appropriate with material changes, we may notify you via email.

11. Uptime and Service Availability
    BI Science is herby commit that all services supplied by the Company are meeting the online availability and accessibility to the Subscriber. Guaranteed uptime is 99.9% for all locations, the BI Science team will work to fix any problem regarding the service availability that may rise for no additional charge from the Subscriber.
12. Service Rates
    Subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to Subscriber. Subscriber is aware that the Company may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. Such changes will not affect current and opened contract(s) between Subscriber and Company. However, such changes may affect the rates for the terms discussed upon the expiration such a contract between The Subscriber and The Company. The promotional offer is contingent upon Company achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to company by its suppliers.
13. Payment
    Establishment of this service is dependent upon receipt by the Company of payment of stated charges.
    
    1. Subscriber Fees. By signing the "Order Form" you agree to pay all fees that are specified on the "Order Form". All fees as quoted in the order for are quoted and payable in United States dollars. Your payment is non-cancelable and paid fees are non-refundable. Your edition included "Subscriber-licenses" which cannot be decreased through the duration of the agreement.
    
    2. Evaluation of Service. You will be given an evaluation of BI Sicence's GeoSurf services. The length of the evaluation of this service is indicated on the "Order Form" The evaluation period will begin after BI Science has received your signed copy of the "Order Form". By signing the "Order Form" you agree and consent to your credit being charged for the amount as specified on the order form after the evaluation period expires. Additional "Subscriber-licenses" can be added at any time by re-negotiating the terms of your agreement. By adding additional "Subscriber-licenses" or by upgrading your account to another edition, you will be provided with a new "Order Form". If you wish to cancel your evaluation, you must submit a written request in writing by email, fax or post to one of the following:

    Cancelation requests must be received within in the evaluation period in order to be valid. If you sign the "Order Form" and do not cancel the service within the evaluation period you agree to pay the amount specified after the evaluation period has expired.
    
    3. Invoicing and Payment. Once you completed the first billing installment, you will invoiced for the next billing frequency as indicated on the order form. All additional invoices after the initial invoice are due Net 10 days from the invoice date. BI Science reserves the right to process client credit cards from 1 to 5 days before the actual due date to ensure that the funds are received by the due date. Credit cards that are declined for any reason are subject to a $1.00 declination fee. Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 4 days past due. Service interrupted for nonpayment is subject to a $50 reconnect charge. If you desire to cancel your account, please follow the proper procedure to do this as outlined in this Master Subscription Agreement.
    
    You are responsible for maintaining complete and accurate billing and contact information in the Services.
14. Failure to Pay
    If any amount that has been invoiced to you remains outstanding by this or any other agreement for 30 or more days overdue (or 10 or more days overdue in the case of amounts you have authorized us to charge by credit card), we reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel the services until such amounts are paid in full. Such termination or denial will not relieve Subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees.
15. Account Cancellation
    All requests for canceling accounts must be made via Subscriber support team at support@bicience.com with at least 72 hours before the next invoice due date. You must have all account information to cancel.
16. Service Disruptions
    Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury.
17. Network
    
    1. Bandwidth Usage. BI Science will monitor Subscriber's bandwidth In accordance with the Managed Services Agreement.
    2. System and Network Security: Subscribers are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the BI Science Network. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. BI Science will investigate occurrences, which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Subscribers who are involved in such violations. These violations include, without limitation:
    
    a. Accessing data not intended for such Subscriber or logging into a server or account, which such Subscriber is not authorized to access.
    b. Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
    c. Attempting to interfere with service to any Subscriber, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of overloading, "flooding", "mail bombing" or "crashing".
    d. Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.
    e. Taking any action in order to obtain services to which such Subscriber is not entitled.
    
18. Notification of Violation
    a. BI Science is under no duty to look at each Subscriber's or Subscriber's activities to determine if a violation of the Subscriber Privacy Policy has occurred, nor do we assume any responsibility through our Subscriber Privacy Policy to monitor or police Internet-related activities.
    b. First violation: Any Subscriber, which BI Science determines to have violated any element of this Master Subscription Agreement, shall receive an email, warning them of the violation. The service may be subject at BI Science.s discretion to a temporary suspension pending a Subscriber's agreement in writing, to refrain from any further violations.
    c. Second Violation: Subscribers that BI Science determines to have committed a second violation of any element of this Acceptable Use Policy shall be subject to immediate suspension or termination of service without further notice.
    
19. Suspension of Service or Cancellation
    BI Science reserves the right to suspend network access to any Subscriber if in the judgment of the BI Science network administrators the Subscriber's account is the source or target of the violation of any of the other terms of the Subscriber Privacy Policy or for any other reason which BI Science chooses. If inappropriate activity is detected, all accounts of the Subscriber in question will be deactivated until an investigation is complete. Prior notification to the Subscriber is not assured. In extreme cases, law enforcement will be contacted regarding the activity. The Subscriber will not be credited for the time the Subscriber's accounts were suspended.
20. Changes in Policy
    BI Science reserves the right to amend its policies at any time. All service subscribers must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate Cancellation. You will be held responsible for the actions in your or behalf your account in the matter described on these Terms of Use.
21. Indemnification
    BI Science wishes to emphasize that in agreeing to the BI Science Subscriber Privacy Policy and Master Subscription Agreement, Subscriber indemnifies BI Science for any violation of the Privacy Policy and Master Subscription Agreement that results in loss to BI Science or the bringing of any claim against BI Science by any third-party. This means that if BI Science is sued because of a Subscriber's or a Subscriber of a Subscriber's activity, the Subscriber will pay any damages awarded against BI Science, plus all costs and attorney's fees.
    
    This GeoSurf Master Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered by and between the Subscriber listed below ("Subscriber" or "You") and "BI Science ltd.", D.B.A "BI Science", located at 39 Hamasger st. Tel Aviv, Israel ("BI Science ltd.").
    
    This agreement consists of this signature page, the Invoice, and Master Subscription Agreement. The effective date of the agreement (the "Effective Date") shall be the earlier of (a) the deployment email from BI Science, or (b) three (3) days after Subscriber's signature, provided that if Subscriber does not date such signature, then the date of BI Science will apply. Upon execution of this Agreement, BI Science will provide the services indicated on the attached Order Form (the "Services") to Subscriber, subject to the Terms of Use. By signing the Agreement, both parties agree to be bound to the Terms of Use.
    
    As part of this Service Level Agreement BI Science ("BI Science ltd.") will provide Subscriber support to Subscriber with reference to service provision and technical issues that may result from the use of operating said license from BI Science.
